Meta Launched AI Assistant, Smart Glasses & New Tools

Meta founder and Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg announced new artificial intelligence (AI) products for company customers on Wednesday.

New products include AI-based photo-realistic images, smart glasses, and AI tools for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Besides these, Mark Zuckerberg also announced the updated version of the virtual reality headset. While talking at the event, he explained that these new products and tools would help bring AI and the natural world together.

The low-cost AI technology will be easily integrated into daily life routines. He further announced that the new generation of Meta’s Ray-Ban smart glasses would be available for consumers from October 17, 2023, for $299.

New smart glasses will use the latest AI technology of Meta and be capable of live-streaming videos from Facebook and Instagram.

Here it is essential to discuss that this is the first Meta Connect conference and is the company’s biggest event of the year. It was also the first in-person conference after the COVID-19 pandemic.
