Apple to Bring OpenAI Chatbot to iOS 18 - Bloomberg Reports

A Bloomberg report explains that Apple is working on a deal with OpenAI to bring AI features to next year’s iPhone lineup. If the agreement is successful, an OpenAI chatbot will be added to the iOS 18.

Previous reports suggest that Apple is also in communication with Google about the AI partnership, and this latest Bloomberg report adds to Apple’s commitment to bringing AI to the upcoming company’s famous gadgets.

An AI chatbot from OpenAI is under the radar and will be added to iPhone 16 and iOS 18 compatible iPhones.

Further details about this development are still unclear, and there is also no clear evidence that the deal will be successful. Insider reports explain that the iPhone’s AI features will be added to Apple processors for enhanced privacy and speed.

Apple has yet to reveal all the features of iOS 18 in the upcoming WWDC, scheduled for June 10.
