With the highly anticipated launch of the iPhone 16 lineup by Apple in September 2024, the introduction of AI features and iOS 18 is expected to significantly boost the demand for iPhones.

In preparation for this surge, Apple is ramping up the mass production of the iPhone 16 series, with a projected 10 percent increase in shipments in 2024. The iPhone 16 series is set to launch worldwide in September.

Apple, at the WWDC last month, explained that the AI features and the all-new iOS 18, which brings significant improvements such as [specific improvements], will attract more users to iPhones as, after a few years, this is going to be a major software update.

The iOS 18 of the iPhone 16 lineup is set to revolutionize the structure of iPhones, introducing a host of key features. This significant overhaul is expected to drive demand to new heights, surpassing the popularity of last year’s iPhone 15 lineup.

To meet the high expectations of customers, Apple is reportedly producing a staggering 90 million iPhone 16 devices in 2024 alone, a 10% increase from the previous year.

The anticipation is further heightened by the news that some AI features may not be fully available at the time of the iPhone 16 launch, with additional features set to be released after 2024 and in the early 2025.
