In 2024, artificial intelligence (AI) will be a hot topic. Almost all tech companies are releasing AI tools, and almost every industry is trying to enhance AI as much as possible.

However, To keep up with the artificial intelligence (AI) race in 2024, Microsoft, the maker of Windows, has quietly renamed its Edge browser to “Edge: AI Browser” on all platforms, including Windows, iOS, and Android. Many people observed the name change on social media.

Although Microsoft has recently renamed its Edge browser “Microsoft Edge: AI Browser,” there have been no significant changes in its functionality. It’s the same as its earlier version.

Microsoft thought this was an opportune time to announce that their browser has AI capabilities, suggesting that the software titan is changing its approach to AI due to the release of an updated version of Microsoft’s Copilot software for iOS and Android.
