Chinese e-commerce platforms offer a significant discount on the recently released Apple iPhone 15. Some of the online retailers give more than $200 discount.
According to tech analyses, iPhone 15 sales are below par compared to the iPhone 14 lineup, as a report shared by Counterpoint Research, iPhone 15 sales dropped by 4.5% compared to iPhone 14 in the first three weeks after launch.
One of the leading online retailers, JD.com sells the iPhone 15 512 variant for 7,498 yuan, which is 1,501 Yuan less than the official price of an iPhone in China.
Similarly, another online shopping site, Pinduoduo, is selling the iPhone 15 Plus 128GB variant at 6,098 Yuan, which is 900 Yuan less than the actual price of 6,999 Yuan.
On Alibaba’s online store, iPhone 15 Pro Max 512 GB variant can be purchased for 10,698 Yuan, which is 1,301 Yuan cheaper than the actual retail price of the same model of iPhone.
