If you have an ad blocker extension or app, you can no longer watch YouTube videos. Google is working on a new trial to stop playing videos for people with ad blockers on their systems.

YouTube asks its users to turn off ad blockers or pay a monthly fee for its premium version. This is an extensive change from the company; if it goes live, people will be forced to watch YouTube ads while playing videos online on the social sharing platform.

On the other hand, it is excellent news for all those who run ads on the platform, as they will get maximum reach from their campaigns.

Currently, the ad blocker feature is tested on a small population, but if the trial gets successful then it will be enabled worldwide on the most viewed social and video-sharing platform.
