YouTube has launched a new video editing app called “YouTube Create”.

According to international media, to compete with TikTok, YouTube has introduced the first-ever video editing app that will help in editing YouTube shorts and other videos on the platform.

According to a tweet by the YouTube team, the app is now in beta mode in 8 countries on Android smartphones. A new easy-to-use app that helps you edit high-quality videos and upload them on YouTube – TeamYouTube tweeted further.

There are various features added in the app, such as video editing, voiceovers, captioning, filters, beat matching technology, royalty-free music library access and free use of unique video and audio effects.

Soon, the beta version of the app will be available in various countries, including Germany, India, Singapore, France, UK, USA and Indonesia. The purpose of a beta version is to improve the current limited version of YouTube created based on the opinions of its users.
