At the Bett ed-tech event in the UK, Google recently unveiled a slew of new features designed to improve accessibility, classroom management, and AI-powered lesson creation capabilities.
One of the latest features includes an AI-powered helper that suggests where to ask questions in YouTube videos. Additionally, a Practice tool that speaks 50 languages can be used to create better quizzes.
The new Resource tab is designed to help teachers organize everything neatly. Furthermore, teachers will soon be able to create groups and get signatures online.
Lastly, in Google Slides, teachers can be in the spotlight to talk with students. These exciting changes will be available later this year!
These new features were all created to help classroom teachers and students save time, get the assistance they require, and adjust to modern learning contexts.
In a blog post, Google stated,
When it comes to AI specifically, we’ve been listening to and working with millions of educators to understand how to best bring this technology into the classroom.
