Best Buy Now Sells Unlocked iPhones, But Not the Latest Models

Today, Best Buy made an announcement that it is now offering unlocked iPhones for sale in the United States. However, only older models such as iPhone 12, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, and third-generation iPhone SE are available at the moment. Unlocked iPhones allow users to switch between different carriers easily.

The unlocked iPhones are being sold in new condition and can be purchased at all Best Buy stores as well as on BestBuy.com starting today. According to a spokesperson from Best Buy, this move will provide customers with more flexibility as the store had previously only offered locked iPhones for AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile.

Best Buy has more than 1,000 stores across the United States, including in many areas where there are no Apple Stores. However, the store is not currently selling unlocked iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Pro models.
