According to fresh mentions of “Apple Music Classical” spotted in the iOS 16.4 beta, the app that Apple initially revealed when it purchased classical music service Prime phonic might likely appear in the near future.
According to the beta code, users will need to have the usual Apple Music app installed to listen to Apple Music Classical. “You’ll need to install Apple Music to listen to Apple Music Classical,” a sentence in the Music Kit framework says.
Apple stated that Apple Music Classical would be a distinct classical music app from Apple Music, however, this confirms that Apple Music Classical would also require Apple Music to be loaded. It is uncertain whether it will arrive in iOS 16.4, a later iOS 16 update, or iOS 17.
