In the US, Samsung started its self-repair initiative last year. South Korea, Brazil, Mexico, and a few European nations, including Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom, have since joined the program.
Of course, only some Samsung tablets and phones are eligible for the self-repair program. For instance, the list did not include any of the company’s foldables. Samsung has announced today that the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 are now eligible devices for the self-repair program.
Customers can replace the screen, back glass, charging ports, speaker, SIM tray, side key, and volume key using genuine parts thanks to Samsung’s self-repair service.
With a fingerprint reader, the Samsung Galaxy Book series users can also fix their device’s rubber feet, speakers, fan, display, battery, touchpad, and power key.
The South Korean corporation declared that other Galaxy gadgets, such as the Galaxy S23 series, Tab S9 series, and Galaxy Book 2 Pro, will be added until December.
Galaxy S20, S20+, S20 Ultra, Galaxy S21, S21+, S21 Ultra, Galaxy S22, S22+, S22 Ultra, Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy A05s, Galaxy Tab S9, S9+, S9 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S9 FE, S9 FE+, Galaxy Tab A9, and A9+ are all included in the complete list of devices that qualify for Samsung’s self-repair program.
