New Google Weather looks to be a standalone app, integrate with Google Clock

Google has released a Material You redesign of its Weather app, which will run independently on smartphones, tablets, and foldable. The app icon should be the same as it is currently, as it is also utilized by the watch app. 

This imminent update intends to separate Google Weather into its own application, which will presumably be more refined and permit independent updates. 

Google has added numerous features to Google Clock 7.5 to facilitate this, including Blizzard, Clear day, Cloudy, Drizzle, Flurries, Low visibility, Heavy rain, Nighttime isolated sporadic thunderstorms, Rain with precipitation or hail, Tropical storm or hurricane, Very humid. Next month, the new Google Weather app will debut before the Pixel Tablet and Fold.
