WhatsApp is Working on an Entirely New Interface Design

Recently, WhatsApp has released some minor and major updates such as security updates, avatar reactions for status, and changes to the group names. In the latest update, WhatsApp is planning to change the complete user interface of the famous messaging and video-sharing app.

This update is one of the biggest so far, as it will bring some significant changes to the design and interface of the app. According to reports by WABetaInfo, the Meta-owned platform is in the process of redesigning.

Beta 2.23.18.18 of WhatsApp is available on the Google Play Store, which shows significant changes to the top bar. These changes include modifications in the background color, full bar navigation, and chat history filters.

The app’s top bar is redesigned, and a new button is added to the right. Furthermore, the top bar has also been changed from green to white.
