Google Pixel 9 Leaked Renders

Google isn’t known for keeping its projects secret; phone leaks have been common months before launch.

Yesterday, MySmartPrice and leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks) unveiled renders of Google’s soon-to-be-released Pixel 9 Pro. Now, Hemmerstoffer has shared renders of the Pixel 9 exclusively with 91Mobiles.

The recently disclosed renders, of particular note, show a phone with a triple-lens rear camera setup. If this is accurate, this is the first time a non-Pro Pixel camera system has been used. The telephoto arrangement between the lenses is especially interesting.

Indications from leaked information imply that the Pixel 9’s fourth-generation Tensor processor is poised to leverage the advanced 3nm manufacturing process. Samsung’s semiconductor labs are expected to resume fabrication duties, accommodating specific customizations that Google’s development team requested.

Hemmerstoffer and 91Mobiles reveal that the Pixel 9 will have a more compact design similar to the Pixel 9 Pro. The phone will feature a 6.1-inch display with a center-hole-punch selfie camera.

Its dimensions are reported to be 152.8 x 71.9 x 8.5mm (12mm with the camera bump). The Pixel 9 would be a bit taller and wider but slightly thinner than the Pixel 8, with a slightly smaller 6.2-inch screen compared to the Pixel 8.

While specifics like the Pixel 9  internal modifications are yet unknown, leaked renders offer an idea of what Google might be planning. You may probably expect a significant Tensor chipset update that will include AI technologies that will compete with the recently released Galaxy S24 devices. For further updates, keep checking back.
