According to some of the latest rumors from the community, the upcoming enhanced model of the iPhone 16 Plus will be called the iPhone 17 Slim instead of the iPhone 17 Plus.

The upcoming Plus model might be the slimmest phone of the iPhone 17 lineup based on its name. It is not a significant change, but it is appealing.

According to Ross Young from Display Supply Chain Consultants, the iPhone 17 Slim display will be 6.55 inches diagonally. Previously, it was reported that Slim’s display would be 6.6 inches.

The current iPhone 15 Plus has a 6.7-inch screen. The iPhone 16 Pro Max will have a 6.9-inch screen, 0.2 inches bigger than the current one. It is too early to trust such rumors as an iPhone 16 between the current iPhone lineup and the iPhone 17 series.

We are almost one and a half years behind the actual release date of the iPhone 17. Let’s wait and see what time comes.
