Some iPhone users have already reported the overheating issues. Customers have reported the heating issue while charging in the Pro models of iPhone 15.
Some experts thought the problem was due to the newly added aluminum and titanium frame.
However, while replying to the topic, Apple claimed that the issue is not due to hardware but a software compatibility problem that causes Apple phones to overheat.
Days after the new iPhone launch, many users started sharing their stories of heated iPhones while some users were unable to hold their phones with comfort.
Other users shared stories indicating the temperature of the iPhone hitting more than 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Apple explained in an update that some software and third-party apps on iOS such as Uber and Instagram caused the issue.
Apple is working with a developer to get the issue resolved. Due to the efforts, Instagram also released a new update of its app on September 27.
