Apple Blames Instagram, Uber & Asphalt 9 for iPhone 15 Overheating

After so many complaints about the overheating issue in the new iPhone 15 Pro models, Apple has blamed some popular apps for the problem.

According to Apple, Meta Meta-owned social media apps, Instagram, and Uber cause overheating problems in the new range of the company’s smartphones.

The company further added that they are working on the iOS 17 update for iPhone 15 Pro models along with third-party app developers.

Meta has acknowledged the issue and released the updated version of Instagram on September 27.

While other accused apps, such as Uber and Asphalt 9, are yet to comment on and update their apps.

Days after the release of the new iPhone 15 lineup, many users raised the overheating issue, and some users could not hold their phones.

Overheating in iPhone 15 Pro models is due to the software and not hardware – Apple clarified further.
