Xiaomi 14 Set to Launch in India

Xiaomi enthusiasts in India have something to look forward to as the company officially confirmed the launch date for the Xiaomi 14 series. Via a post on their official platform, Xiaomi India revealed that the Xiaomi 14 will hit the Indian market on March 7.

This announcement comes after Xiaomi teased its partnership with Leica on the Xiaomi India X page. Globally, the Xiaomi 14 series is slated to launch on February 25 during the Mobile World Congress (MWC). Notably, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is also set to debut in China on February 22.

Indian consumers may expect a slight delay in getting their hands on the Xiaomi 14, as it typically arrives a few weeks after the global launch and several months following its initial reveal in China. It appears that India will likely receive the standard Xiaomi 14 model, with the Ultra and Pro variants possibly not making their way to the Indian market.

Now, let’s talk specs. The Xiaomi 14 boasts impressive features, including a 6.36-inch 1200p LTPO OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision support. Under the hood, it’s powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, offering up to 16GB of memory and 1TB of storage. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the triple 50MP Leica-branded camera setup on the back, catering to wide, ultra-wide, and 3.2x telephoto shots. To keep you going all day, it packs a robust 4610mAh battery, supporting 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
