Qualcomm has completed a deal with Apple through 2026. Based on this deal, Apple will have to use Qualcomm 5G modems fat least the upcoming three years.
The agreement between two tech giants was announced today, on 12 September 2023.
The new deal means that Apple will use Qualcomm modes in the upcoming iPhones till 2026. The previous deal expired in 2023.
The news came after rumors that Apple is planning to use its own in-house 5G modems by 2025.
Apple is giving most of its revenue to Qualcomm technologies.
