The Chinese smartphone manufacturing company Oppo launched the new mid-range Oppo A79 with some catchy features. Based on Android 13 and ColorOS 13.1, it is powered by a dimensity 6020 SoC.

The new smartphone has 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB storage, which can be expanded to 1TB through an external microSD card. It comes with a 90Hz FullHD+ LCD and panda glass protection facility.

Unlike many other Oppo smartphones, the A79 comes with 680 nits, which allows you to see your screen data even in bright sunlight. You can watch up to 1080p video streaming on popular video streaming apps.

No wonder it is powerd by three rare cameras with the primary camera 50MP, 2MP depth camera and 8MP selfie camera. A 5,000 Mah battery powers Oppo A79, which supports 33W USB-C charging.

Other features include IP54 rating, 5G connectivity, a fingerprint scanner, dual stereo speakers, Ultra Volume Mode and 3.5mm headphone jack. It comes in two colours: Mystery Black and Glowing Green.

It can be purchased for $240 using Oppo official website, Flipkart, and other recognized stores.
