iPhone 15 Rumored

The year 2023 has only just begun, but we have already been hearing rumors about the upcoming iPhone, which is anticipated to be released later this year. Now, Haitong Intl Tech Research analyst Jeff Pu stated that significant camera upgrades are anticipated for all iPhone models this year, particularly the mid-range iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus.

According to supply chain sources, Jeff Pu reported some of his expectations for the iPhone 15 models in a report. Apple is allegedly working on some fantastic improvements for this year’s iPhones, even though iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus were disappointed by having essentially the same hardware as iPhone 13.

It is currently anticipated that the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will feature a 3-stacked sensor with a 48-megapixel wide lens. Now, only the iPhone 14 Pro models come with a 48-megapixel camera. However, the mid-range iPhone 15 models won’t have a LiDAR scanner or a telephoto lens for optical zoom.

In addition to having a better camera, Pu asserts that the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will use the A16 Bionic chip, which currently powers the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, and a USB-C port in place of a Lightning connector. This confirms earlier rumors that suggest the iPhone 15 will experience these modifications.
