Google to Retire the Famous Whiteboarding Service in 2024

After announcing the end of the podcast feature a few days ago, the technology company has now announced the end of another service as well.

According to a post on Workspace, the company has decided to retire the whiteboarding app Jamboard at the end of 2024.

Jamboard is a digital interactive whiteboard service from Google that works with Workspace also known as G Suite.

It was announced in 2016. According to Google, other whiteboard services like FigJam, Lucid Spark, and Miro are working better for Workspace users and providing excellent service.

Google will now work with these companies to take workspace services like Google Meet, Drive, and Calendar forward.

Along with the Jamboard app, Google is ending support for its 55-inch device. Updates for this hardware have been stopped since September 30.
