Although the iPhone 15 was the pick of Apple events, alongside their signature phones, Apple also revealed features of the new Watch Series 9 and the Watch Ultra 2.
Both new smartwatches got some notable upgrades. Apple Watch Series 9 is the same size as last year, 41mm and 45mm. It is available in both Bluetooth and cellular variants. The brightness is also upgraded to 2000 nits.
Watch Series 9 comes with a new S9 chip which increases the performance up to 60% compared to the Series 8 watches. GPU is 30% faster than the previous model, and it comes with a minimum of 18 hours of battery life.
The starting price of the Watch Series 9 is $399 and will be available for sale on September 22.
On the other hand, the Apple Watch Ultra also got some stunning upgrades in terms of battery life, performance, and brightness.
It comes with a new UWB chip for improved location tracking. It comes with a 49mm standard size, just like the Apple Watch Ultra. It offers 3000 nits for brightness.
Battery life is 36 hours on regular use and 72 hours on low power mode. Some new faces are also available that make the Ultra 2 more appealing and catchy.
The price of the Apple Watch Ultra 2 is $799, and it will be available for sale on September 22.
