Samsung is rolling out Android 14 in a record short time. Currently, the operating system is updating for European users with Galaxy S23, S23 Plus and S23 Ultra.
Based on the previous update timing, users from the US will get the update next week. Initially, Google released Android 14 for Google Pixel phones on October 4, 2023.
This release from Samsung means they are releasing it to their phones in less than a month. In the past, this wait was up to several months, but now, this less than a month wait shows how the company is improving in the market.
Unlikely Pixel phones, on Samsung phones, it is called “One UI 6”, and there are also some changes based on the Samsung UI. There are changes to the settings app, camera and photo editing apps.
It is expected that Android 14 will be added to all Samsung phones not older than three years.
Currently, it is only available for the recently released S23 flagship series and takes around 3GB space for the download.
