Everything You Need to Know About the New Sony Xperia 5 II - BKT Updates

Although the brand is not famous like some other smartphone giants, Sony is continuously bringing some stunning phones for consumers. The new Sony Xperia 5 II is a new addition to the company’s stunning library of smartphones.

The phone is just like Xperia 1 II but shorter in size. It means that the consumers will not see the weird look on the new phone. Besides the acceptable size, 5 II is better than the previously released models in various other aspects.

The phone is going to launch on September 29, 2020. The price range is around 950 US Dollars. Looking at the other phones from the company, it is cheaper, stylish, fast, and major other features that were not on the phones before.

Other features include the Snapdragon 865 processor which is a perfect fit for gaming. The phone comes with a 4000 mAh battery and a 120Hz refresh rate display. But there is no wireless charging option available for Xperia 5 II. There will be dual front-facing stereo speakers and headphone jacks just like previous models.

There are three cameras on the back of the phone. Based on the company claims, the new phone will be capable to record slow-motion videos at 120 FPS in 4K HDR. The video quality is also improved. The video app of the phone will give complete control over the captured video for editing.

Some of the bad news for the Xperia fans is that the phone is launching in September but it will be available after 4th December 2020. Another bad thing about the phone is that it has 5G technology but it won’t be available for the consumers on the 5G networks in the United States. The absence of 5G availability for US customers will hurt its market in the country.
