As we approach the release of a new lineup of Apple’s famous phones, the company’s hopes for the upcoming lineup have skyrocketed.
According to reports, the company aims to become the most prominent smartphone company by 2024. According to technology analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the iPhone rival Samsung’s smartphone shipment is around 220 million units this year.
If Apple’s orders remain unchanged in the second half of 2023, iPhone shipments will be between 220 and 250 million units, making Apple the most prominent smartphone brand.
Apple targets record 250 million units, while Ming-Chi predicts sales growth of 5 to 10 percent year-on-year. According to Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple is also concerned about further declines in iPhone 15 shipments due to supply chain issues.
The delay of the iPhone 15 Pro Max could prove to be a big problem in the coming weeks as customers won’t be able to buy iPhone 15 Pro models before mid of October.
